3 Basics for a good workout routine

Hey everyone! Today I would like to discuss with you what workout routine to adopt and what to do to have a balance alimentation. Of course, as you know, doing sport is important but, if you want it to be efficient and to have better results, you must adopt a routine which will help you. Therefore, I share with you some ideas and advice that may help you in your routine.

Don’t forget that this is a discussion so don’t hesitate to give your opinion in the comment section.

1- Sleep well

I think that we will never say it enough, sleep is important. More than “important” this is essential. This is vital. If you do not sleep enough, you can die from it. No joke! Thanks to your sleep, your body will be able to repair and regenerate the cells as well as giving you the energy you need for the next day. Having a good sleep also improve your productivity and concentration.

2- Have a good pre and post- workout meal

There is no surprise in me telling you that food is our fuel. It recharges the body and gives you the energy you need throughout your day. This is one of the reasons why breakfast is the most important mean of the day.

So, before your workout eat a meal which is composed of:

- Carbs (rice, pasta, quinoa, potatoes…)

- Vegetables (greens)

- Proteins (fish, meat, eggs…)

Alternatively, you can have a protein shake which helps to build and repair damaged muscles tissues. One brand of protein which I will recommend is Optimum Nutrition Wheat Protein. (Here is the link if you want to have a look at it and make a purchase: https://amzn.to/3b4LCk6). I believe this is a good product as it has quality protein and is infused with BCAA which helps in building muscles.

3- Drink a lot of water

Water is life! Moreover, it boosts health and beauty and is your best ally in workout as it helps to maintain a good blood pressure and helps if you want a weight loss.

Bonus: The Banana Peanut- Butter Milkshake Recipe

- One frozen banana

- One scoop of Wheat Protein

- 150g of milk

- 20g of peanut butter

First, poor the milk in the blender. Then add the frozen banana and add the peanut butter. Finally, add the scoop of protein.

You are good for your workout! :)
